Occidental At Xcaret Destination Hotel Playa del Carmen

Booked the room with my animals for 6 nights and had a nice stay. I loved this stay.

We expected there would be entertainment, but didn't find it.

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a very very nice area, just off Xcaret parks, the jungle, the beach. I was here for 5 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I visited the swim-up bar and tried the alcoholic drinks.

The hotel staff was not very good.

I liked staying here, as well as hotel's staff and food. I was there for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant at the food in the outdoor restaurant.

Liked the place, had a good stay at Xcaret hotel. The staff there were well-trained and attentive.

I loved my 5 night stay. The restaurant was good with excellent food and service, I tried delicious dishes. The staff was well-trained, genuinely helpful, and responded promptly to requests.

The hotel was big size, and the meals were outstanding, I loved the unbeatable location adjacent to Xcaret park next door. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the swim-up bar.

The hotel itself was impressive, staff and food were very good. Liked a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Private bathrooms, that included a tub, were cleaned daily. I came here for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay.

Loved this hotel, had stellar experience. Lovely room, tidy and very peaceful venue. Top location - 15 minutes walk from bus station. WiFi, coffee and TV in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. All staff was very attentive and gave some tips about Playa del Carmen. There was an American breakfast with cookies, fruit and hot waffles available.

Residential location and unbelievable views, decent staff and very good service. Their breakfast is absolutely stunning, includes hot waffles, fruit and biscuits...

We loved the hotel and stylish decor, it was a really comfortable experience. The views from our separate bedroom were particularly nice. The specialty restaurant was outstanding with plenty of meals in the menu. The service was courteous and the food was appetising.

Just beautiful rooms, really comfortable bed, welcoming personnel. They put safety first, offer smoke detectors in rooms. Didn't need to pay for wake up service and ironing, good bonus too.

I loved the details, like food and facilities, they were wonderful! The area was beach, an excellent home base for me. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.

we were traveling to playa del carmen for relaxing vacation. room was good sized as expected. send regards to concierge. the pool was available too.

Easy walk to Restaurante Ha', where you can have lunch. Beach was 1000 feet from the hotel. Fine base for discovering Playa del Carmen. We would stay here again without hesitation, as the venue met needs well...

One could dine at restaurants such as Xin Gao 5 minutes away. Located just a walk down to Aviario. We totally recommend it to family and friends;))
